Supercar Sunday. Held just outside Lincoln Cathedral it couldn’t have been a better setting. Some of the cars on display were to die for. There was some drooling going on during the event. Not just from me I’m sure.

Ranging from Ferrari’s to Lamborghini’s to something completely different being a Porsche GT3 Cup. The event was packed, bringing in petrolheads and the curious. As a photographer, this was not great though. There were a lot of people and at times it was hard to get a clean shot. I guess there are worse problems to have though.
Why else was this event good for me? Well, it gave me my first chance at taking out my new Leica for a ride as unfortunately due to weather I haven’t been able to yet. Great cars, great weather and even better food I loved it. It is getting me rather excited for the summer ahead.

Unfortunately, all things come to end end and for me and my mate. This was our parking. Forgetting about the paid parking time limit we managed to get to the car with minutes to spare. Dry and open roads meant an efficient, only as far as time is concerned, drive home.

If you ever wish to attend one of the Lincs Auto Club events make sure you give them a follow on Instagram. As always contact me for any shoot enquiries and give my Instagram a follow. Sometimes I actually remember to post on there.
